ORLANDO, Fla. — After dropping the first set, Henry Bilicic (Del Mar, Calif.) rallied back in a thrilling three-set match in the Trinity College men's tennis team 8-1 loss against Hobart College at the USTA National Campus on Thursday. Trinity moved to 3-4 on the season, while Hobart improved to 7-3. The Bantams round out their Florida trip with an 10:30 a.m. match against Carleton University on March 24.

Partners Pierce Rutledge (Chicago, Ill.) and Eduardo Sanchez-Carrion (Lima, Peru) battled a tough doubles match with Statesmen Harry Lyu and Troy Steiner in an 8-7 (7-2) loss at the No. 2 spot. Bilicic fell a close 4-6 in the opening match and came back to knot it at 1-1 in the second with a 6-0 sweep. The junior snatched the match point in the third set with an 13-11 victory, while rookie Brandon Felcher (Westport, Conn.) also evened the score at one apiece in the second set before narrowly falling 10-8 to Jacob Linares in the final set.
