MIDDLEBURY, Vt. – The Trinity College Men's Golf team carded a team score of 439 to win the 2024 Ekwanok Sap Bucket Challenge, hosted by Middlebury College at Ekwanok Country Club Tuesday afternoon. The Bantams have won the Sap Bucket Challenge in back-to-back seasons.
 
The Bantams led the field by 15 strokes, besting New England Small College Athletic Conference (NESCAC) foes Williams College (454), Hamilton College (457) and Middlebury (464).
 
First-year 
Aidan Monahan was the individual medalist, finishing atop the leaderboard with a score of 70. Senior 
Benjamin Boyd and sophomore 
Thomas Chalfant each posted a 71, while first-year 
Charlie Mullin was one shot back with a 72. Senior 
Bennett Ostern registered a 75, followed by junior 
Spencer Korona (80), senior 
Joseph DeStefano (81), and junior 
Peter Sanger (88).
 
The Bantams have wrapped their competition schedule for the Fall season and will return to the links for Spring 2025.
