BRIGHTON, Mass. – Trinity Men's Rowing concluded their fall season with impressive performances at the Head of the Charles, securing a 5th place finish out of 42 crews in the Collegiate Eights and a 14th place finish in the Collegiate Fours.

Led by Jackson Moore '26, the Collegiate Eight crew included Jack Lambros '26, Quin Woods '25, Jack Carr '25, Wyatt Mills '26, James McGarry '26, Matthew Mitchell '25, and Felix Goldmann '25, with Coxswain Alenka Doyle '26. The Bantams finished the race in 14:56.055, significantly improving on last year's time of 15:54.330.

In the Collegiate Fours, Patrick McGeoghean '25 led a crew of Benjamin Bejoian '25, Henry Darnall '27, Scott Sweeney '27, and Coxswain Grace Keniry '26. They recorded a time of 17:15.094, surpassing their previous performance of 17:50.397.

"Both crews raced their hearts out today!" Coach Kevin MacDermott remarked proudly. "They faced challenging fields and powered down the course with intensity and determination from start to finish. I want to highlight the exceptional work of our coxswains, Alenka Doyle '26 and Grace Keniry '26. They navigated difficult racing scenarios while overtaking other crews, demonstrating excellent execution and decision-making."

"Fall racing provides a valuable opportunity for us to measure our speed against peer institutions and Division I competition. I'm pleased with the work ethic of this year's group, and I believe we are on the right track. Ultimately, fall racing is just practice for the spring; our program objectives focus on regattas in May. We have a long way to go and much work ahead."

The Bantams will return to action this spring.
