Men's Cross Country 14th at Keene State Invitational

KEENE, N.H. – The Trinity College Men's Cross-Country team placed 14th at the Keene State College Invitational at the Owls Athletic Complex Saturday afternoon.
 
What Happened:
  • The Bantams finished 14th in the 25-team field with a score of 394, posting an average time of 27:34 during the race.
  • Calix McCormick paced the Bantams with a team-low 27:04 to finished 86th overall.
  • Tim Hamilton grabbed 105th with a time of 27:23, followed by Mark Kanner at 116th (27:37) and Brendan Nolan at 119th (27:39).
  • Saqlain Anjum took 136th with a time of 28:06 and Theo Kessler rounded out the Trinity field at 154th with a time of 28:28.
  • Ninth-ranked Williams College won the event with a score of 31 points, followed by seventh-ranked Tufts with 32 points, while Jonah Reisner of Tufts won the event with a time of 24:12.
 
Up Next:
  • The Bantams will return to the course when they travel to Connecticut College for the Conn College Invitational on October 18 at Harkness State Park.
