FORT WAYNE, Ind. – The fourth-ranked Trinity College Men's Basketball team will square off with top-ranked New York University in the NCAA Division III Men's Basketball Championship Game Saturday at 4:00 p.m. at the Allen County War Memorial Coliseum.

- New York University sits at 29-1 on the season with their lone loss coming at the hands of Emory, 77-65, on January 17.
- The Violets are making the program's second appearance in the National Championship Game, and their first trip since 1994, after defeating Washington University-St. Louis, 72-60, in the Semifinals.
- Offensively, New York University ranks fourth in the Nation in field goal percentage (49.3), tenth in rebounding margin (9.6) and 12th in three-point field goal percentage (38.2).
- The Violets own a top 10 three-point defense, holding opponents to 28.2% from beyond the arc.
- Five NYU scorers are tallying double figures, led by Tristan How with nearly a double-double average of 14.9 points and 9.8 rebounds while shooting 55.4% from the floor.
- Brock Susko is contributing 12.9 points, shooting 37.3% from three-point, with 6.0 rebounds.
- Senior leader Zay Freeney is a 12-point scorer, who will be returning to the lineup after a Technical Foul ejection against Washington University.
- Hampton Sanders is posting 11.5 points per game with a team-high 103 assists off the bench, and is coming off a 20-point performance in the win over Washington University.
