WATERVILLE, Maine – The 15th-ranked Trinity College Women's Lacrosse team fell to No. 3 Colby College, 12–2, in a Saturday afternoon matchup in Waterville. With the loss, the Bantams drop to 7–5 overall and 4–4 in NESCAC play, while the Mules improve to 10–2 overall and 6–2 in the conference.

Trinity was led offensively by Sarah Marvin and Kelsey Restivo, who each netted a goal in the contest. Senior Brooke Kurtz tallied an assist, while junior Sam Hark registered two caused turnovers and two ground balls. Classmate Caitlin Hicks added a caused turnover and one ground ball in the defensive effort.

In goal, the Bantams split time between Olivia Aguirre and Ali MacDougal, who combined for five saves.

Trinity opened the game strong, holding a 2–1 advantage after the first quarter, thanks to a free position goal from Restivo and a quick follow-up goal by Marvin, assisted by Kurtz. However, Colby responded with six unanswered goals to close the half, taking a 7–2 lead into the break. The Mules continued to dominate in the second half, holding the Bantams scoreless while extending their lead to secure the NESCAC win.

Trinity will look to bounce back on Thursday, April 17, when they return home to face Colorado College in a non-conference matchup under the lights. Opening draw is set for 6:00 p.m. at Robin L. Sheppard Field.
