WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass. – The Trinity Bantams Men's and Women's Outdoor Track and Field teams competed at the Williams College F.I.R.E. (Farley Inter-Regional Extravaganza) meet over the weekend in a two-day competition featuring strong performances across both track and field events.
Top Track Performances:

Men's Decathlon: Emanuele Chiappinelli placed 5th out of 13 competitors, highlighted by second-place finishes in both the shot put and discus events.

Women's 100m Dash: First-year Jillian Strynar placed 6th in the finals with a time of 12.33 seconds. She also ran 12.23 in the prelims, finishing 6th in that round as well.

Women's 400m Dash: First-year Jenna Najjar secured 5th place with a time of 57.33 seconds, finishing first in her section.

Women's High Jump: First-year Lauren Grattan finished 3rd, clearing a height of 1.63 meters.

Men's Javelin: Senior Andrew Moran placed 7th with a throw of 48.40 meters.

Men's Shot Put: Sophomore Pete Passaro took 9th place with a mark of 13.30 meters.

Men's Triple Jump: Donovan Koukal-Kollie finished 3rd with a leap of 13.99 meters, ranking No. 53 nationally in Division III.

Trinity will compete at the MIT Last Chance Meet on Thursday, May 14, for the final opportunity to qualify for the 2025 NCAA Championships. The meet will take place on the campus of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Cambridge, Mass.
