Matt Rondinone enter his second season as an assistant coach for the Trinity College baseball team in the 2023-24 academic year. Rondinone brings 13+ years of both high school and club baseball experience to the Bantams. Rondinone served as an assistant coach at Wethersfield High School and head baseball coach at East Hartford High School. In addition to his coaching duties, Rondinone is the general manager of the Connecticut Capitals Baseball Academy in Hartford.
Rondinone is employed as a physical education and health teacher in the Hartford Public Schools system. Rondinone resides in Glastonbury with his wife, Lauren and their two sons, Matthew and Daniel.
