Biography

AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2019: Led the Bantams in ERA, 4th on team in wins (tied) and 5th in strikeouts...won his first career game against MIT on March 11.

AS A ROOKIE IN 2018: Led the Bantams in opponent batting average and T5th on team in appearances...struck out a career-high five batters in 4.2 innings against Bowdoin in early-April.

BEFORE TRINITY: Captain, team MVP, three-time all-league selection, and town player of the year in high school...struck out 64 batters in 32 innings with a 1.75 ERA as a senior...finished his career with 147 strikeouts in 105.2 IP with a 2.73 ERA and a .303 batting average...also starred in ice hockey in high school...played AAU Baseball for the Wayland Blazers and Team Boston.

PERSONAL: Earned Faculty Honors in the fall of 2019...Played summer baseball in the Perfect Game Collegiate League playing for the Geneva Red Wings where he pitched 10.1 innings through eight games and gave up 3 runs and fanning 21 batters...Volunteers with youth baseball clinics and Veterans' services...enjoys fishing and hockey...majoring in economics...son of Heidi Kennedy and Peter Barsamian.
