Elizabeth Morrison enters her fourth year as an assistant coach with the Trinity College field hockey and women's lacrosse teams in 2021-22. While helping both teams Morrison assists with day-to-day operations and has helped develop 8 All-Conference, 8 All-Region players, and 3 All-American players combined.

Prior to Trinity Morrison graduated from The College of New Jersey in 2018, where she played four years of lacrosse, and three years of field hockey for Hall of Fame coach Sharon Pfluger. In field hockey, Morrison scored 40 career goals along with 22 assists, and was the Lions' leading scorer in 2017. She was a two-time National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA) First Team All-Region and New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) All-Conference player, the 2017 NJAC Attacker of the Year, and an NFHCA Second Team All-American.

In lacrosse, Morrison was a four-time all-conference selection, NJAC Defender of the Year, all-region selection, and the first four-time Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) Division III First-Team All-American. She was also named the IWLCA National Defender of the Year in 2016 and 2018, and the only Division III player named to the Tewaaraton Award watch list in 2018. Anchoring the Division's lowest scoring defense each of her four years, Morrison set TCNJ program records in career and single season, ground balls, caused turnovers and draw controls, while also earning the Division III record for career caused turnovers. 

Off the field, Morrison graduated from TCNJ with honors with a bachelor's degree in biology and a minor in psychology and was the NJAC 2018 Conference Woman of the Year Nominee..  She holds a master's degree in public policy with honors from Trinity.
