Hannah Tepper completed her third season with the Bantams following the 2025 campaign. She joined the Trinity College field hockey staff as an assistant coach during the 2023–24 academic year after an outstanding collegiate career at Assumption University.
During her time in the Coop, Hannah Tepper assumed multiple leadership roles within the program, serving as interim head coach from November 2024 through March 2025 and later as acting head coach from January 2026 until her departure from Trinity College in May 2026.
A team captain for the Assumption Greyhounds, Tepper helped lead the program to a Northeast-10 Conference Championship, three regular-season NE10 titles, and three NCAA Tournament appearances, including NCAA Final Four runs in 2021 and 2022. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Biology with a minor in Psychology in 2022 before concluding her playing career as a graduate student later that fall.
In addition to her role at Trinity, Tepper is heavily involved in the club and national field hockey landscape. She serves as head coach for the U14 and U16 teams at Hartford Havoc Field Hockey Club and is active with USA Field Hockey Region 3, working numerous Nexus sites and Regional Selection Camps. Most recently, she coached at the Junior Olympics in Houston, Texas. Tepper also holds a USA Field Hockey Level I certification.
Dedicated to professional growth and the advancement of women in coaching, Tepper is an active member of WeCOACH and a graduate of WeCOACH Academy 1.0 Class 54 and Academy 2.0 Class 9 in Denver, Colorado. She also serves as the NCAA Division III Senior Team Committee representative for her region.
