2025 (JUNIOR)
Murphy continued to contribute along Trinity's offensive and defensive lines during his junior season, appearing in multiple games according to the official Participation statistics. Although listed as a defensive lineman on Trinity's roster, Murphy also saw significant action on the offensive line, including starting at center in the season opener at Colby and at offensive line in Trinity's 49-0 victory at Hamilton.
Murphy was one of the juniors identified in Trinity's 2025 season preview as part of the Bantams' defensive-line rotation. He joined seniors Luke Pickard, Matt Hickey and Joe Toyias, along with fellow juniors Luke Ventura and Wesley Selmani, as part of Trinity's defensive front.
His versatility was particularly valuable to the Bantams, as he was able to contribute on both sides of the ball. Murphy started at center in Trinity's 13-6 season-opening loss at Colby and later started on the offensive line in the 49-0 shutout of Hamilton.
2024 (SOPHOMORE)
Murphy appeared in at least three games during his sophomore season, contributing as a defensive lineman. He was listed among Trinity's participants against Bates, Bowdoin and Amherst.
Murphy recorded his first collegiate defensive statistic against Amherst on Nov. 2, registering one assisted tackle in Trinity's 45-20 victory.
