Tim Graham enters his fourth season as assistant coach for the Trinity College football team in the 2026 season, serving as the tight end coach.
Over the last four seasons, Graham has helped the Bantams offense lead the New England Small College Athletic Conference (NESCAC) in scoring for three straight seasons. Tight ends Nick Zalanskas and Max Roche collected NESCAC All-Conference honors under Graham’s watch.
Graham joined the Bantam coaching staff after three stints as a Division III wide receivers coach in Pennsylvania. Graham coached the receivers and managed the kickoff return unit at Dickinson College in 2021 and 2022, along with stints as wide receivers coach at Misericordia University in 2020-21 and at his alma mater, Juniata College, in 2019-20. Graham received his bachelor's degree from Juniata in strategic communication in 2019, where he was a four-year quarterback for the Eagles.
