2025 (FIRST YEAR)

Smith made his collegiate debut as a first-year wide receiver for Trinity during the 2025 season. He recorded two receptions for 46 yards, averaging 23.0 yards per catch, with a long reception of 25 yards.

Smith was part of a talented and deep Trinity receiving corps that included senior Nolan O'Brien, junior Nick Behrens, senior Ben Banatao, sophomore Darison Hooper, sophomore Jovon Mobley and junior Andrew Wetterwald. The 2025 season preview specifically identified Smith as one of the first-year receivers expected to provide depth for the Bantams.

Smith gained valuable experience during a season in which Trinity finished 7-2 overall and 7-2 in NESCAC play. The Bantams averaged 30.56 points and 385.4 yards per game, including 231.22 passing yards per contest.
