Trinity College

BEFORE TRINITY: National Football Foundation Scholar Athlete, school athlete of the year, three-time all-conference and all-area selection, two-time conference player of the year, area player of the year, twice All-State, two-time Connecticut Player of the Year finalist, and State Athlete of the Year for his high school team that won a State title...led Connecticut in rushing yards twice and rushing touchdowns once...totaled 5,732 rushing yards and 77 rushing touchdowns in his high school career...also starred scholastically in track and field.

PERSONAL: Also runs track for the Bantams...volunteers as a musical theater and acting coach, a football coach, and a marching band manager...three-time Connecticut Halo Award-winning actor...won Broadway's Next on Stage National Competition...dances, sings, and plays clarinet...would like to attend medical school and/or perform on Broadway...Majoring in neuroscience and neurobiology with a minor in Spanish...son of Tyrell and Timeka Knighton.

WHY I CHOSE TRINITY: I felt welcomed on Trinity's campus, and really loved the energy. Also, I have followed the football team for awhile, and I really love the atmosphere that the coaches have created.
