2025 (SOPHOMORE)

Petrosino continued to contribute as a member of Trinity's secondary during his sophomore season, appearing in six games according to the official Participation statistics. He recorded three tackles, including one solo tackle and two assisted tackles, while contributing primarily as a member of the Bantams' defensive rotation.

Petrosino was one of the young defensive backs identified in Trinity's 2025 season preview as expected to provide depth in the secondary. He joined fellow sophomores Mike O'Connor and Tyler Roberts in a group that also featured veterans Alex Cady, Michael Olivo, Jason Irizarry Jr. and Alec Medwar.

He gained valuable experience as Trinity's defense helped the Bantams finish 7-2 overall and 7-2 in NESCAC play, limiting opponents to 15.0 points and 273.6 yards per game.
