Biography
AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2023: Ran the fastest time of 16:59.0 for Trinity at the Bantam Invitational. Additionally ran his personal best in the 8K at the Connecticut College Invitational in 26:42.4.
AS A ROOKIE IN 2022: Named an USTFCCCA All-Academic Athlete... Finished 40th in the NCAA Division III Mideast Regional...73rd in the NESCAC Championships.
BEFORE TRINITY: Coach's award and team spirit award recipient, all-conference honoree, and All-State in high school...also starred scholastically in track and field.
PERSONAL: Worked as a dishwasher in a restaurant...would like to work towards ending homelessness and raising awareness potentially through journalism or documentary filmmaking...enjoys cooking and makes great guacamole...son of Kerri and Brendan Rogers.
WHY I CHOSE TRINITY: My coach introduced me to Coach Mason in the spring of my junior year at a time when I was recovering from injury and questioning whether I wanted to run in college. I immediately hit it off with Coach Mason and decided it would be worth at least touring. On the tour, I absolutely fell in love with the academics and the environment and was all but set on attending Trinity.
