AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2013: All-ECAC First Team...posted Trinity's fastest time of the year at 26:10.63 (career best) in the ECAC Championship Meet...finished a career-best second in the Elms College Invitational...placed seventh in the Trinity Invitational...NESCAC All-Sportsmanship Team.

AS A FRESHMAN IN 2012: Posted Trinity's fastest time of the year at 26:23.02 in a 47th-place finish at the Mass.-Dartmouth Invitational last fall...finished 27th in the Trinity Invitational...Team MVP.

BEFORE TRINITY: Four-time all-conference, all-city, and State Qualifier with two top-16 finishes in high school State Championship Meets...high school team won a league and a city title in his senior season.

PERSONAL: Also runs track for the Bantams...also played soccer and lacrosse in high school...majoring in mechanical engineering...Student-Athlete Advisory Committee member in 2014-2015 and NESCAC SAAC Alternative representative...son of Megan and Peter Hoagland... Enjoys spending time with his cats.
