AS A JUNIOR IN 2022: Tri-captain...returning starter...Competed in the NCAA Cross Country Championships and finishes 225th with a time of 26:51.1...Named USTFCCCA All-Academic Athlete... Finished 25th in the NCAA Division III Mideast Regional...Finished second-place finish in the Smith College Invitational

AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2020-21: USTFCCCA All-Region honoree for finishing 31st in the NCAA Division III Mideast Regional Championships with a time of 26:05.01...posted a season-best time of 24:57.30 at the UMass-Dartmouth Invitational...finished 3rd at the Trinity Invitational and 10th at the James Earley Invitational...USTFCCCA National Scholar Athlete...NESCAC All-Academic Team...NESCAC All-Sportsmanship Team.

BEFORE TRINITY: Won three Western Massachusetts individual titles and three Western Massachusetts team titles in high school...posted a career-low time of 15:50 on a 5K course in high school...also ran track in high school.
