Alex Fioritto

Alex Fioritto begins his fifth season as a Trinity College assistant men's lacrosse coach in the 2023-24 academic year. A 2017 graduate of Baldwin Wallace University, Fioritto came to Trinity after a one-year coaching stint as an assistant at DePauw University.  Fioritto played under Trinity Head Coach Jason Tarnow and Bantam Assistant Coach Scott Heisler, who were both on the Baldwin Wallace staff during his playing career. He graduated in 2017, earning his bachelor's degree in sports management.

During his time at DePauw, Fioritto served as the team's defensive coordinator and recruiting coordinator. He managed daily operations, including practice planning, scouting, running film sessions, and running defensive drills in practice. He also provided first contact with new recruits, helping incoming student-athletes with the transition to DePauw. During his tenure with the Tigers, Fioritto also served as an assistant coach at True Lacrosse Indiana.

Prior to DePauw, Fioritto spent a year at his alma mater, serving as the face-off coordinator and assistant defensive coordinator for Baldwin Wallace. He assisted in recruiting, managed live substitutions, and managed in-game decisions with the face-off unit. While working with the Yellow Jackets, Fioritto, also spent two years with Force Sports, serving as the head coach for the U15 summer travel team in 2017 and the head coach for the high school (class of 2021) travel team in 2018.  As a player, Fioritto finished among the nation's top 30 in faceoff percentage twice (15th and 28 in 2016 and 2017, respectively). In addition, Fioritto worked on the Cleveland Browns grounds crew for seven years.
