BEFORE TRINITY: Senior all-star game participant and twice All-State in high school...ranks sixth all-time at his high school with 113 career goals and eight all-time in total points with 171 in his career...also starred scholastically in football.

PERSONAL: Enjoys haying, skiing and waterskiing...son of Anne and Kent Penfield.
