Biography

AS A FRESHMAN IN 2015: Played in every game as the team's primary face-off specialist...led Trinity in ground balls...scored his first collegiate goal in an 8-7 overtime win versus Conn. College...ranked fifth in the NESCAC in ground balls and sixth in face-offs won....his 17 face-offs won against both Middlebury and Amherst are the second-highest single game mark in program history...89 ground balls are the fourth-highest total in a single season in school history.

BEFORE TRINITY: Named an Elite 100 All-Star in high school...placed eighth at the National Face-Off Combine...also competed in wrestling and track and field in high school.

PERSONAL: Has performed in Trinity drama productions...has volunteered at Spooner House Soup Kitchen and the Kennedy Center for individuals with disabilities...member of the Cardinal Key Society for leadership in high school...competitive chess player...enjoys rock climbing, fishing, kayaking and pottery...would like to pursue a career in acting and film...majoring in English and theater & dance...son of Thomas and Eileen Masaryk.
