AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2018-19: Walked on to the squad in his second year on campus despite having no prior rowing experience.

PERSONAL: Earned Faculty Honors in the spring of 2018...sports editor for the Trinity Tripod student newspaper...speaks French and Spanish...member of Trinity's speech team and its law and society club...volunteers at a food pantry...has done volunteer work in Mexico...enjoys cooking, hiking with his dog, Nacho, watching Telemundo, working on a farm, and writing...would like to attend law school with the goal of becoming an immigration attorney...majoring in public policy & law...son of Kimberly and Roberto Vazquez.

WHY I CHOSE TRINITY: I chose Trinity because it felt like a home away from home. Also, I wanted to go to a small college that was in a city.
