BEFORE TRINITY: Rowed for the varsity four on the Junior National Development Team and the Junior National CanAmMex Team while in high school.

PERSONAL: Also starred scholastically in cross country...has volunteered with the Humane Society...certified scuba diver...Son of Kim and Ted Plass...father played football for St. Lawrence.
