Trinity College

Sarah Proper enters her seventh season as assistant coach with the Trinity College women's basketball team in 2023-24. At Trinity, Proper assists with player development, scouting, and recruiting. Proper enjoyed a successful playing career at Western New England University where she graduated from in 2012 with a degree in psychology. She currently ranks 10th all-time in rebounding for the Golden Bears. Proper coached at Holyoke Community College during the 2015-16 season and worked at IMG Academy in Bradenton, Fla. prior to that, specializing in residential and campus life for student athletes. She coached women's golf as an assistant for the Bantams for three seasons from 2018 to 2021, and has nine years of experience at Thunderhart Golf Course in Freehold, N.Y.
