Mia Del Rosso begins her third season as Trinity assistant women's ice hockey coach in 2023-24. A 2021 graduate of Amherst College with a bachelor's degree in neuroscience, Del Rosso joined the Trinity coaching staff following a highly-successful playing career for the Mammoths. She is a member of the Trinity Athletics Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee.
Del Ross was a member of Amherst's 2020 squad that won the New England Small College Athletic Conference Championship title. Del Rosso served on the Student Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) and the Council of Amherst College Student-Athletes of Color while competing for her alma mater. Additionally, Del Rosso played internationally in the Chinese Ice Hockey Association with Kunlun Red Star from 2018 to 2020. Prior to Amherst, Del Ross also won a Division II NEPSAC title with St. George’s School, where she received all-league honors. She played additional high-level club hockey for the East Coast Wizards and the Bay State Breakers.
