Biography

BEFORE TRINITY: Team MVP, twice all-league, and an All-State honoree in high school...played in the Brine All-Amercan National Classic...also played field hockey and soccer in high school.

PERSONAL: Also attended North Yarmouth Academy...Executive chief of her high school yearbook...involved in the Empower to Play fundraising club, the American Cancer Society, and her high school's food committee...worked as a dockhand in Rhode Island...loves the ocean, skiing, and Swedidh pancakes...born in Sweden...daughter of Joakim Wahlstrom and Penny Seely...father played ice hockey at the University of Maine and professionally in Sweden, mother played field hockey the University of Maine, and brother, Oliver, plays ice hockey for Team USA...graduated high school Cum Laude and was the head of her school yearbook as well as a fundraising club called Power to Play.

WHY I CHOSE TRINITY: As cliche and corny as it sounds, Trinity felt comfortable and like home from the moment I stepped on campus. I quickly got to know my way around the campus and the community felt very welcoming. I love the aspect of a smaller school where I am not just a number but a face with a name and the opportunity to have a closer relationship with professors. I also really want to experience school abroad, and the traveling programs Trinity has to offer seem great. The final piece to the puzzle was Head Women's Lacrosse Coach Katy Dissinger.  She sealed the deal. Her personality and school spirit was over the top and she was a large deciding factor in my final decision.
