AS A SENIOR IN 2018: Tri-captain...two-year starter.

AS A JUNIOR IN 2017: IWLCA Division III All-American Second Team...All-NESCAC First Team...IWLCA Division III All-Berkshire Region First Team...led the Bantams in caused turnovers (T10th in NESCAC) and 2nd on team in ground balls...NESCAC All-Academic Team...IWLCA/Zag Sports Academic Honor Roll.

AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2016: 3rd on team in caused turnovers...had a game-high five caused turnovers in a 15-5 win against Wheaton...NESCAC All-Academic.

BEFORE TRINITY: Team defensive player of the year, academic all-american, and an all-league honoree in high school...also played soccer and basketball in high school...received a sportsmanship award in high school...played club lacrosse for Massachusetts Elite.

PERSONAL: Majoring in political science...daughter of Michael and Elizabeth Nowlan...mother played soccer at LeMoyne College.
