Nico Prandi enters his first year as an assistant coach at Trinity College.
Before arriving at Trinity, Coach Prandi spent four years as an assistant coach with the Endicott College Women's Lacrosse program, from 2022 through 2026. As the offensive coordinator he helped the Gulls win 3 consecutive conference titles, maintain a 33-1 in-conference record, and advance as far as the second round of NCAA playoffs in 2025.
Alongside his duties with the Bantams, Prandi serves as the head coach of Argentina’s National Lacrosse Team. Most recently leading this team to a 9th place finish at the 2026 Women’s World Championship in Tokio, Japan.
Coach Prandi co-started the Argentine National Women’s Lacrosse program in 2019. Soon after that, in 2022, he brought the team to the World Championship in Towson, where they had the program's first two 10v10 victories. Prandi also has led Argentina’s National Sixes team to two bronze medals in PALA Sixes Cups; the first in Florida (2021) and the second in Jamaica (2023). Off the field, he also works to grow the game of lacrosse in Argentina by organizing clinics, educating coaches, providing equipment donations, and garnering support for the team through a myriad of efforts.
Prandi's other coaching experiences include coaching at the HS level for 10 years and overseeing the youth program for Boston Lacrosse Club (now Laxachusetts North) from 2018-2026.
Prior to coaching, Prandi played at Gordon College and then internationally for Team Argentina from 2014-2018, participating in two World Championships (Denver 2014 and Israel 2018).
Prandi earned his Bachelor of Arts in secondary education and Spanish with an ESL concentration from Gordon. He later earned his Masters of Education in special education (moderate disabilities) from Endicott College.
