Trinity College

BEFORE TRINITY: Academic All-American and an all-league honoree in high school...also starred scholastically in field hockey and Nordic Skiing.

PERSONAL: Inducted into Chi Alpha Sigma Honor Society in 2022...earned Faculty Honors in the fall of 2019...Involved in Relay for Life in high school...member of her high school's online magazine staff...loves art, especially drawing...would like to pursue a career in graphic design or public relations...daughter of Clay and Ginny Yonce...sister, Caroline, is also a first-year lacrosse player for the Bantams...father played ice hockey, lacrosse, and soccer at Yale and mother played field hockey, lacrosse, and squash for the Bantams.

WHY I CHOSE TRINITY: I chose Trinity because the school is the perfect mix of academics, athletics, and social life. Trinity is unique too because being an athlete doesn't limit you from other opportunities as a student. I personally think it is cool that athletes are still able to go abroad in the off-season. I also really like that Trinity fosters an environment where students are eager to go cheer on their classmates, friends, and/or fellow athletes.
