Biography

AS A JUNIOR IN 2017: Co-captain...led Bantams in attacks and aces (6th in NESCAC), 2nd on team in kills and digs, and 4th in hitting percentage...had a season-high four service aces versus Mt. St. Mary...finished with double-digit kills in eight matches.

AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2016: Led the NESCAC in service aces...led the Bantams in in digs and 3rd on team in kills...recorded career-high 29 digs in 3-2 win over WPI.

AS A FIRST-YEAR IN 2015: 4th on team in aces (2nd in NESCAC per set) and digs...had a season-high 16 digs in a 3-1 win against Colby-Sawyer. 

BEFORE TRINITY: Two-time all-league selection and a four-time scholar-athlete award winner for her high school team that won a league title...participated in the American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) Phenom College Preparatory Program...AAU All-American in 2013.

PERSONAL: Has done extensive volunteer work for the National Charity League...coaches swimming...majoring in neuroscience...daughter of Lisa Hughey-Underwood and James Underwood.
