BEFORE TRINITY: Three-year captain, a four-year all-league, three-year all-area, and two-time All-State honoree in high school...Also starred in baseball and soccer scholastically.

PERSONAL: Majoring in biology...Enjoys drawing, fishing, golf, hiking, volleyball, and yoga...son of Ted and Maureen Steckel.
