Bryan Adamski

Bryan Adamski enters his 11th season at the helm of the Trinity College baseball program heading into the 2023-24 academic year, after guiding the Bantams to a 47-40 record over the last three years and into the post-season last spring.  Adamski led the Bantams to a 30-9 record and into the 2019 NCAA Division III Championship Tournament, as Trinity won nine of their final 11 games in that regular season, hosted an NCAA Regional as a No. 2 seed, and advanced to the regional final.  The Bantams won 18 games in 2018 and 22 in 2017, after catching fire late to reach the New England Small College Athletic Conference Finals in 2016.

Adamski is 167-136 as Trinity's head coach and has mentored 20 All-NESCAC honorees in his tenure. Trinity's Matt Koperniak ‘20 was signed to a major league contract with the St. Louis Cardinals and is currently playing Double A ball with the Springfield Cardinals after a successful career at Trinity.  Koperniak was also named to Great Britain's team for the World Baseball Classic in 2023.

Adamski, who also has two years of head coaching experience with the North Adams Steeplecats in the New England Collegiate Baseball League, served as both the pitching and hitting coach during his tenure at Amherst College.  He played a pivotal role in all aspects of the Amherst program, as the Mammoths posted a 112-57 record (.663) in his five seasons with four consecutive post-season appearances.  He helped Amherst win a College-record 27 games in 2013, and coached the NESCAC Pitcher, Defensive Player, and Rookie of the Year that spring.  In his final year as the Amherst hitting coach in 2010, Adamski's hitters posted a College-record batting average of .349, and the Mammoth pitching staff set a new team record for ERA (3.17) with Adamski as their pitching coach in 2013. In 2012, the Steeplecats were 22-20 and qualified for the post-season in Adamski's first season after a last place finish the previous year.  He also coached prior to North Adams with the New England Collegiate Baseball League's Holyoke Blue Sox.

Adamski graduated from Massachusetts in 2007 with bachelor's degrees in English and journalism, and holds a master's degree from Springfield College in sport management.  He finished his collegiate playing career as the all-time save leader in UMass baseball history.  Adamski resides in Granby, Conn. with his wife, Stephanie, their son, Kace, and their daughter, Kaelyn.
