Hartford, Conn. - Junior Rich Bonfiglio (Brookville,
N.Y.) won, 6-1, 6-1, at No. 2 singles and teamed with
freshman Dan Couzens (West Hartford, Conn.) for an
8-3 triumph at No. 2 doubles to lead the Trinity College Bantams to
an 8-1 win over the visiting Tufts University Jumbos in New England
Small College Athletic Conference (NESCAC) men's tennis action this
afternoon. Trinity, ranked No. 5 in the Northeast and No. 18
in the nation, improves to 11-3 overall and 3-2 in the NESCAC with
its fifth straight win, while the Jumbos fall to 6-7 overall and
2-4 in the league.
