Hartford, Conn. – The Trinity College men's tennis team swept singles action to score a 7-2 victory versus visiting Brandeis in non-conference action on Sunday afternoon at the Assaiante Tennis Center. With their third straight home win, the Bantams improved to 7-3 on the year, while the Judges moved to 6-9 with the loss.
 Trinity got off to a quick start, taking two of the three doubles matches. At No. 1, senior Musyoka Mbithti (Roxbury, N.J.) and junior Ford Traff (Wayzata, Minn.) cruised to an 8-1 victory. The Bantams earned their second point of the match as the duo of senior Ilya Levin (Wellesley, Mass.) and first-year Rex Glickman (Chappaqua, N.Y.)  netted an 8-4 triumph.
 The hosts swept singles action, taking three matches in straight sets. Senior Daniel Carpenter (Wayzata, Minn.), Traff and Levin all won their tilts in two games at No. 1, 4, and 5, respectively. The Bantams earned their three other points as Mbithi, sophomore Rutendo Matingo (Weston, Mass.) and senior Ned Mandel (Chevy Chase, Md.) all won their matches.
 Trinity returns to action on Wednesday, April 15, with a home New England Small College Athletic Conference (NESCAC) match versus Wesleyan at 4:00 p.m.
