New London, Conn. - The Trinity College Bantams earned a clean sweep of the Connecticut College Camels on Wednesday afternoon in New England Small College Athletic Conference (NESCAC) men's tennis action in New London. Trinity swept doubles play, highlighted by an 8-2 win in the No. 2 spot by Bantam seniors Carlos Ferreyros (Lima, Peru) and Camden Smith (Dedham, Mass.), to take an early 3-0 lead. Senior tri-captain Ford Traff (Wayzata, Minn.) limited his opponent to just three points in two sets in the No. 2 spot for Trinity. Fellow tri-captain Aaron Segel (Needham, Mass.) and Ferreyros both dominated with a pair of 6-1 wins each in the No. 4 and No. 6 spots in the lineup for the Bantams, respectively. Trinity returns to action on Sunday, April 24, for a 2 p.m. match at Hamilton.
