Box Score New London, Conn. - Senior co-captain center Ed Ogundeko (Brooklyn, N.Y.) posted a double-double with a game-high 21 points and 12 rebounds to lead the visiting Trinity College men's basketball team to a 70-52 victory at Connecticut College this evening. The Bantams improve their record to 10-5 overall and are a perfect 2-0 in NESCAC play. The Camels fell to 8-5 and are 0-3 in conference action
Ogundeko was 10-for-15 from the field. Sophomore Jeremy Arthur (Westbury, N.Y.) chipped in with 17 points and classmate Connor Merinder (Andover, Mass.) contributed with nine points and four rebounds off the bench. Connecticut College senior forward Zuri Pavlin (New York, N.Y.) had 12 points and seven rebounds to lead the Camels in the setback. Junior Lee Messier (Narragansett, R.I.) and sophomore Tyler Rowe (East Hartford, Conn.) both finished with 10 points in the loss.
Ogundeko had 14 of his 21 in the second stanza. He has now piled up 35 rebounds and 36 points in his first two NESCAC games against Williams and Connecticut College. The Bantams will visit Wesleyan for a 3 p.m. game in Middletown, Conn. tomorrow
