Trinity Men's Tennis Blanked by Brandeis

Waltham, Mass. - The Trinity College men's tennis team fell to the Brandeis University Judges, 6-0, on Saturday at the Gosman Athletic Center in Waltham. Trinity falls to 2-2 on the year in dual matches while Brandeis, ranked No. 19 in the country, improves to 7-2 overall. The Bantams return to action on Sunday, March 25, for their 2018 home opener versus Wheaton College. 

Trinity was swept in doubles play but put up a good fight at No. 2 featuring senior co-captain Kyle Scheffers (Flossmoor, Ill.) and junior Chris Caskin (Potomac, Md.), who fell, 8-6. Senior co-captain Rex Glickman (Chappaqua, N.Y.) took the No. 1 singles match to three games, but ultimately fell, 6-3, 3-6, 13-11.
