BRUNSWICK, Maine – The Trinity men's soccer team lost to Bowdoin College Saturday afternoon, 0-2. The Bantams slip to 2-6-0 (0-4-0 NESCAC) while Bowdoin improves to 5-3-0 (2-3-0 NESCAC) on the season. Trinity is back in action tomorrow for its Homecoming showdown vs Bates College at 3 p.m. Bowdoin faces Colby College on Tuesday at 8 p.m.
Bowdoin scored early, when Charlie Ward capitalized on an opportunity from teammate Drake Byrd. Byrd would later find the back of the net on his own to give his team the 2-0 advantage with just over two minutes remaining in regulation. Bowdoin out-shot the Bantams 21-14. Sophomore goalkeeper
