Eva Lekovic (San Marino, Calif.) had a match-high 12 kills to lead the Trinity College Bantams to a 3-0 victory over the visiting Westfield State University Owls in the final match of the Trinity College Volleyball Invitational this afternoon at Oosting Gymnasium. Trinity, which dropped a heartbreaker, 3-2, against the Simmons University Sharks earlier today and were blanked by the Eastern Connecticut State University Warriors, 3-0, last night, to finish 1-2 in the tournament and are 2-2 for the season. Against Simmons, Trinity took the first two sets by identical 25-23 scores, but the Sharks rallied to win the third, 25-22. Simmons came out strong in the fourth set with a 25-11 victory and edged the Bantams, 15-13, in the deciding set. Trinity senior captain
Hareena Johnson (Los Angeles, Calif.) served up an ace late to make the score, 14-12, and a Shark error pulled the home to within one before Simmons clinched it on a Trinity attack error. Lekovic also paced Trinity with 13 kills to go with six blocks against the Sharks. Junior
