New London, Conn. – The Trinity College volleyball team dominated Mitchell College Tuesday night in three sets, (25-22, 25-19, 25-9) for its second sweep of the season. The Bantams snap a three-game loss streak and improve to 3-5 overall. They will return home for a Thursday night face-off with United States Coast Guard Academy at 7 p.m. Mitchell College falls to 3-6 on the year and will host Eastern Connecticut State University tomorrow night at 7 p.m.
It was senior captain
Ally Conde who led the way for the Bantams as she registered a season-high 13 kills. A pair of tightly-matched opening sets saw the Bantams holding on to secure wins before stepping on the gas in the third. Conde recorded nearly half of her kills in the third set, including the first two tallies for the Blue and Gold. Leading 22-9, Trinity strung together its second four-point run of the set to put Mitchell away and register its largest margin of victory this season (25-9).

Lola Craig who led Trinity with 13 assists while also adding in an ace, marking her fifth-straight match with at least one tally in the aforementioned category. She also chipped in three digs. Junior
