MEDFORD, Vt. — Second-year student-athlete
Owen McDermott (Williston, Vt.) recorded his first career goal in 5-1 loss at Northeast Small College Athletic conference foe Tufts University on Sunday. The Bantams fell to 0-5-3 overall and 0-4-1 in the league, while the Jumbos moved to 4-2-4 and 1-2-3.
In the first half Tufts dominated with five goal scored ignited by Sean Traynor 13 minutes into the game for the home team, followed by a goal three minutes late by Taylor Feinberg. McDermott stripped the goose egg off the scoreboard for the Bantams with his first goal in the Navy and Gold 66:11 into the game. Sophomore
