HARTFORD, Conn. — Ava Boloyan (American Canyon, Calif.) and Molly Bernstein (Oakland, Calif.) led the Trinity College volleyball team with seven kills each in the 3-0 loss against in-state New England Small College Athletic Conference rival Wesleyan on Wednesday. The Bantams dropped to 3-4 overall and 0-2 in the league, while the Cardinals remain undefeated with an 8-0 and 2-0 record.

The team recorded 26 kills and 105 total attacks, while Caroline Howell (Houston, Texas) and Grace Sullivan (Fort Worth, Texas) tallied 18 of the home team's 21 assists.

Mariko Tanaka dominated for the visitors with nine kills, 22 total attacks and an ace.

The Bantams travel to Springfield College on Friday for a 6 p.m. matchup.
