SPRINGFIELD, Mass. - The visiting Trinity College Bantams suffered a 3-0 setback against the Springfield College Pride in volleyball action this evening at Blake Arena.  Trinity slips to 3-5 with its fourth loss in a row, while the Pride is now 8-2.  Springfild won by the scores of 25-19, 25-21, 25-22.  Trinity will compete in a tri-match against Clark and Smith tomorrow in Worcester, Mass. beginning at 1 p.m.  Senior Molly Bernstein (Oakland, Calif.) paced the Bantams with 10 kills, while rookie Caroline Howell (Houston, Texas) had 13 assists, sophomore Kaila Dowd (Kennesaw, Ga.) had 11 digs.  Trinity stayed with Springfield early in each of the first two sets, trailing just, 13-12, in the first set and leading by the same score in the second.  The Bantams held an 11-9 lead in the early going of the third, and cut the Pride lead to 24-22 on a kill by junior Margaret McCarthy (San Diego, Calif.) but fell short.
