WORCESTER, Mass. - Junior
Dillon McDermott (East Sandwich, Mass.) each won three races to lead the Trinity College Bantams to a sweep of the host Clark University Cougars and the University of St. Joseph Blue Jays in a men's swimming tri-meet this afternoon. Trinity is now 3-3 in dual meets after an 0-3 start and will head to Wesleyan next to face the Cardinals on Wednesday at 2 p.m. Trinity won against Clark, 191-780, and versus the Blue Jays, 203-45. Clark defeated St. Joseph, 145-78, in the meet.
McDermott won the 50-yard backstroke, the 100-yard freestyle, and the 100-yard individual medley, while five other Bantams came in first place in two different events. Junior diver
Jackson Camporin (New Canaan, Conn.) was first off both the one- and three-meter boards with a new school record, while sophomore Matt Brown (Nahant, Mass.) won the 1,000-yard free and the 100-yard breaststroke. Ben Lundy (Nassau, Bahamas) won the 50-yard breaststroke and the 50-yard fly, and senior

Tudor Ionescu (Vienna, Austria) added a winning time in the 100-yard butterfly and the foursome of Brown, Ciric, senior co-captain
Tyler Trocchi (Tucker, Ga.), and Lundy closed out the meet by winning the 800-yard free relay.
