Harrison Ike (Allentown, Pa.) paced the offense with four goals and two assists, while sophomore
Andrew Bailey (Madison, N.J.) and first-year
Ethan Cobb (Matthews, N.C.) added two goals and four assists.
Trinity jumped out to a 7-0 lead, as Ike scored two of the seven and Cobb had a goal and three assists. Colin Ocampo scored for Wentworth with 1:57 left in the first quarter, but the Bantams rattled off seven more goals in a row including two by Bailey. Trinity allowed just one goal in each quarter, outshot the Leopards, 65-18, and scooped 62 ground balls to 20 for Wentworth. Trinity junior
Dane Crowley (Pelham, N.Y.) and sophomore
Hayden Shin (New Canaan, Conn.) combined to win 26 of 33 faceoffs and combined for 17 ground balls. Three Trinity goalies combined for four saves and Tom Gardner had 12 of Trinity's 16 saves.
