HARTFORD, Conn. - Ranked #19, Trinity College Women's Lacrosse clinched a berth in the New England Small College Athletic Conference playoffs with a resilient performance on Wednesday night, defeating the visiting Amherst College Mammoths 13-11.
Trinity's current record stands at 8-7 overall (4-6 NESCAC), earning them the 6th seed as they head into the playoffs. The Bantams will head back to Medford, Mass., for a showdown against the #3 Tufts University Jumbos (13-2 overall, 8-2 NESCAC) in the quarterfinals. The match is scheduled for 12 PM on Saturday, April 27th.
