Dear Trinity Women's Lacrosse community,
As I reflect on the time I have spent as a student-athlete on the women's lacrosse team here at Trinity, it's hard to put into words how impactful this program has been on my college experience. The past four years are ones that I will never forget, thanks to the opportunities that this team has offered me. The challenges and successes I have experienced on this team, both on and off the field, have truly shaped me into the person I am today. It has also led me to making unbelievably strong friendships and connections that will persist beyond my four years spent in Hartford.
Thanks to Trinity women's lacrosse, I have grown so much as an athlete, a student, and a leader. I have been lucky to get the chance to pursue the highest levels of both academics and athletics, which would not have been possible without the support that this community provides to me and every team member. Throughout my pursuit of a demanding double major in Economics and Psychology, this program has never wavered in its encouragement. By providing me with the resources to achieve my goals, my coaches and teammates have allowed me to reach my highest potential over the past 4 years.
I am deeply grateful to the alumni, donors, and supporters of Trinity Glax. Your generosity has directly contributed to my success both on and off the field. As I prepare for graduation this spring, I know that I will cherish these memories forever. Thank you so much for your belief in the program and in each one of us, and for your willingness to invest in our future growth and development.
Although this is my last season on the field, I know that I will continue to surround myself with this community for many years to come. I can't wait to watch the future teams continue to uphold the high standards and values of Trinity Glax. I know that each person who comes through this program works tirelessly for not only themselves, but also for everyone who came before, which is what truly makes this community so special.
