HARTFORD, Conn. – The second-ranked Trinity College Women's Squash team wrapped up their regular season with a 6-3 victory over #4 Stanford University at the Brady Squash Center on the campus of Yale.
The Bantams secured a narrow win, clinching three hard-fought five-game battles. Noa Romero in the No. 3 spot, Kara Lincou in the No. 4 spot, and Lulu Palacios in the No. 5 spot each triumphed in five games. Senior Jana Safy at No. 2 and junior Hannah Chukwu at No. 5 both defeated their Stanford opponents in four games.
Senior Janna El Ashmawy was the lone Bantam to sweep her opponent, earning a dominant 3-0 victory with game scores of 11-6, 11-9, 11-7.
