Lucy Dorion shot a perfect 4-for-4 from the free-throw line, while juniors Melissa Whitmore and Samantha Slofkiss grabbed a game-high six rebounds each.

The Mules were led by Kate Olenik, who recorded a game-high 31 points, along with three assists and five rebounds. Amelia Hanscom added 16 points, Chelsea Ibenegbu contributed 12, and Lydia Mordarski finished with 11.

At the end of the first quarter, the Bantams trailed by 10, 23-13. Colby shot 53.3% from the field, compared to Trinity's 27.8%. The Bantams attempted 12 three-pointers in the opening quarter but made only one. Colby held a slim 11-10 edge in rebounds, while the Bantams were whistled for six personal fouls to the Mules' one.

In the second quarter, Colby extended their lead to 29 points, thanks in part to a perfect 6-for-6 shooting performance from beyond the arc. The Bantams struggled to find their rhythm, adding just 16 points in the period. The Mules entered halftime with a commanding 52-29 lead.

Trinity rallied in the second half, scoring 40 points, including a high of 21 in the final quarter. However, despite the late surge, the Bantams could not overcome the Mules' lead, ultimately falling 90-69.

Trinity out-rebounded Colby, 40-30, but the Mules dominated in the paint, 42-30. The Bantams' bench outscored Colby's reserves, 39-14. Trinity shot 23-of-64 (35.9%) from the field, 5-of-30 (16.7%) from three-point range, and 18-of-21 (85.7%) from the free-throw line. Colby shot 30-of-55 (54.5%) from the field, including 9-of-15 (60.0%) from beyond the arc, and 21-of-26 (80.8%) from the foul line.

Trinity will now await word on whether they will receive an at-large bid to the tournament.
